orders are packaged the same day as ordered where stock is available, you can
see on the website how many items we have in stock of any particular item, if an
item is out of stock it would usually add 2 days to the delivery time
in general orders are dispatched the same day and you would expect them to
arrive within 48 hours (excluding sundays)
if you have not received your order within 5 days please contact us
immediately as if you were out the parcel would not be left shipping@goldtrowel.org
most of the time the parcels are in the local sorting office. they remain
there for 2 weeks then are returned to us
To have your parcel resent you will have to pay additional postage costs
all orders have to be signed for
if they are not signed for they will not be delivered

transactions are secure via your choice of Protx or if preferred paypal.
we have used both of these companies for a long time and have been happy with
the service from them and the security they offerl
its easy to pay by cheque, just add items to your basket then follow through
entering your name and address details at the checkout, there you will see a
button that reads print page and send a cheque
this also notifies us that a cheque for a particular order is on its way so
we can get your order ready
All of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty covering both
faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear
and tear or damage. Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure
goods are in good condition. Please note that we will cover the cost of
return where the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part. This
return cost should not exceed £7.50 without authorisation from us as we
may opt to arrange for a collection of the item. Please note that
collections can only be arranged for certain items.
Items ordered but not required may be returned providing that you do so
within 7 days of receipt in an unused and fully unopened/packaged
condition. Items opened/used etc cannot be returned. If in the unlikely
event you do need to return goods in their original packaging to

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please
ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we
do not accept any liability until received by us.
Please note that delivery charges are non refundable in the event of an
unwanted item being returned. Where an order is placed under special
delivery arrangements any delivery charge is non refundable in the event
of a return for any reason.
